I,as owner, or agent of the owner, agree to have this consultation for animal(s) and by my payment of and participation in said consultation, give my consent and agree to adhere to all terms of this agreement and release form above. No refunds or credit shall be given after payment. All purchases are final.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
Payments
Money orders, Checks or Credit Cards are accepted. All sessions are to be pre-paid 48 hours before scheduled session. Fees for returned checks are $35.
Private Phone Animal Communication Sessions
Clients who miss and/or are greater than 10 minutes for their sessions will forfeit their scheduled appointment time and will be charged the full fee for the consultation.
To reschedule an existing appointment, please contact us. A 48 business hour is required or the full fee for the consultation will be forfeited. At the time a new session is scheduled, the new date must be within 2 months of the first scheduled session providing you have adhered to the 48 business hour change policy. Sessions can only be rescheduled once.
To cancel an existing session, please contact us.
Workshops and Retreats
To cancel a scheduled workshop or retreat, please contact us. Clients who cancel 30 days prior to a workshop or retreat will receive a full refund.
Clients who miss the workshop or retreat and are unable to attend will not be eligible for credit or refunds.
On-Line Audio Programs and On-Line Courses
On-Line programs and courses are electric in nature. Once the bridge codes have been issued, the program and/or course is considered to be delivered and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
