Cancellation Policies

Private Phone Animal Communication Sessions

• Clients who miss and/or are greater than 10 minutes for their sessions will forfeit their scheduled appointment time and will be charged the full fee for the consultation.
   

• A 48 business hour is required or the full fee for the consultation will be forfeited. At the time a new session is scheduled, the new date must be within 2 months of the first scheduled session providing you have adhered to the 48 business hour change policy. Sessions can only be rescheduled once.
   

• The 48 business hour policy is required to receive a full refund on an existing appointment.
